The Renovation Process.
1. Get Your Quote.
Get in contact for a FREE ESTIMATE! The first step in finishing your basement is to contact us. You will be greeted by a client service advisor and we will give you a free at-home estimate.
Get 1-on- 1 consultation! With an In-Home Consultation, we come to you! The main purpose of this consultation is to completely understand your needs for this new space, by asking the right questions, listening, and proposing smart and creative ideas.
Let us learn more about your project goals and receive a custom scope of work and transparent pricing calculation.
2. Sign Your Contract.
Once You Are Ready, Sign Your Contract! This step is required you to revise properly your quote to make sure everything discussed is reflected there. You will be also required to make the deposit to secure your spot in our calendar.
Finance Your Project. We understand that costs can be a major barrier in getting your dream basement. For that reason, we offer flexible financing options with dedicated financial advisors who will provide approval on loans to our valued clients and to help them make a confident decision.
See Realistic project timelines. We work on your schedule, while our managed renovation process ensures we finish within the deadline.
3. Layout and Configuration Meeting.
Plan your construction! A member of our team will visit to develop your architectural drawing to submit to the city for your Building Permit.
Review your tailored proposal! Our work proposal includes a 3D render design that will help you visualize how your dream basement will look.
Confirm your design. With proffessional help, you will get the basement of your dreams. In this phase you can explore further ideas with our interior designer so you can confirm your design!
4. Material Selection.
Select initial list of materials. With the help of the interior designer, select from predesigned packages or customize your design with fixtures and finishes from our catalog.
Visit Our Showroom. At this stage of the process, our design consultant will walk you through our showroom to help you choose the finishes and materials for your new project.
Upgrade Your Finishes. We are the biggest showroom of only Anatolia Tiles in Ontario along with many options for your flooring solutions. You can stay on your budget or you can choose from upgrade options to take your ideas to the next level.
5. Project Commencement.
Scheduling. Once the construction drawings and the specifications are completed, the project manager in charge of the job will provide our clients a detailed project schedule.
Material Delivery. After the dates have been set, the required materials will be delivered. We require an area selected to drop off all materials such as your garage.
Demolitions take place. If it is required, we will be doing the necessary demolitions along the space to properly clear for the new construction.
6. Framing Layout Meeting.
Installation begins. With the materials on hand to start working on your dream basement, our team of excellent craftsmen will begin the installation process.
Farmer specialist walk through. This meeting is to determine any overseen condition of your basement making sure all plans will be perfectly in place.
7. Electrical Plan Meeting.
Get ready to design your potlights. Not only potlights but also outlets and switchers. Our electrical specialist will guide you for this purpose and suggest the best outcome for your project.
You will be allowed to add electrical items in your scope if there is any idea that you will need.
Remember this rough stage is the time to make any modifications that later on will be more difficult to address.
8. Plumbing Rough-Ins.
Rough in as per your scope of work. We only work with the best crew of plumber to guarantee our best quality.
Concrete, concrete, concrete. When we do a basement, we will have open the concrete to do this phase and that is the moment when everyone will be able to see what was hidden.
We will guide you towards the solutions available if your site conditions are not working on favor of the confirmed design.
9. Building as per scope from Drywall to Finishes.
Once all the critical phases are completed we can put up the walls. This stage will take all the way to finishes – the most exciting to see all colors coming together.
10. Substantial Completion.
Substantial Completion of your project has been accomplished. This means all electrical is completed and all your plumbing fixtures are fully installed.
Final Payment. Once we reached this stage you will be required to make the final payment.
Warranty. Once we receive your final payment, we will provide our valued clients with warranty documents.
11. Deficiency List.
Quality Inspection. Our quality control coordinator will inspect the installation process from start to finish, guaranteeing a perfect job every time.
Client Satisfaction. At this stage we have the opportunity to ensure client satisfaction and foster a lasting relationship.
12. Touch Ups.
This final stage we will book the team as needed following the signed deficiency list that will enclose all small items needed.

Main and master ensuite renovations and remodelling can be completed in as little as 10 and 15 workings days. This includes careful demolition and disposal, plumbing preparation, tile preparation, tile setting and grouting, new vanity, new toilet, new trim, custom counter tops and custom shower glass, new accessories and fresh painting, final inspection and cleaning.
